Kindergarten Blues.

My poor little girl was in SO many tears on her last day of school. She cried the day before school ended. The day school ended. The day after school ended. She loved Mrs. Werner so much and that smile below was very forced! Ava has such a tender heart for goodbyes. I can't believe she's done with Kindergarten though! Life is going way to fast...

Ava has been in piano lessons for two year-hard to believe this year was her second recital... Remember this picture?

I fell in love with the tiptoe reaching and i think everyone else did too. It's tough being the shortest and youngest student!

Can you believe she wore the same dress? lol. I didn't realize this until we got there. She of course did wonderful at her two pieces-one by herself and a duet with her teacher. I don't remember ever being that calm at my recitals.

Kelly Moore.

My awesome hubby scored big time this year with my Mother's Day/Birthday gift. Have you heard of Kelly Moore? She makes AWESOME camera bags that look like a purse. Very multi-purpose! Her styles are super sleek and when my husband asked me if i wanted a red or yellow one, can you believe i said yellow? I absolutely LOVE it and can't wait to try it out on our vacation next week. No more excuses of not bringing my camera because it doesn't fit in my purse! :o) Kelly Moore gift...Olive Garden...a movie...Starbuck's...what a GREAT birthday treat weekend! What did I ACTUALLY do on my birthday yesterday? Take care of a sick little girl and have lots of cuddle time. Piano lessons. TBall. AND Collin even threw in a foot massage AND back massage yesterday-what a great guy! It's my last year of my 20's...can't believe i'm saying that!

Nap.

I'm ready for a summer nap schedule. SO, i don't come upstairs and find this...

It's super cute, i know, but her schedule and my schedule for napping don't always mix :o) Bring on the lazy(well, kind of) summer days!

One year of Spark's down...two to go...GOOD JOB Ava! :o) She has got me topped on memorizing verses-how a Kindergartener fits everything in their brain, i'll never know! Puggles was a great year too...the biggest class yet...8 two year olds!I'm ready for the break and looking forward to Wednesday nights off! So proud of all the kiddos this year!

I'm having the hardest time deciding what bed sets to get my girls! I have a budget in mind and the ones i REALLY love of course are way too expensive. SO, i need opinions! I originally was thinking a reversible comforter, so they could both having something 'different' yet the same. SO, which one do YOU like?? OR if you have any suggestions of where else to look online, i would love that too! Thanks for your help!

End of the year.

It's that time of year...school is ending...and so is everything else (well, besides summer activities). I am actually looking forward to not having to pick Ava up everyday from school...ready for nap time to get back on schedule...ready to STAY INSIDE and lounge. Last night the kindergarten classes combined for an evening of singing...slightly off key, but oh so cute! Can't believe my baby girl will be in first grade next year! Thanks to a friend who snapped some pics for me so i could sit and enjoy the show! I had just a small window between people that i could see Ava the whole time...she definitely knew her moves!
