Happy 3 Months Malacai!

As you can tell by the short pants and poochy tummy he is definitely growing-a big 12 1/2 pounds now! Smiling and cooing is his favorite activity right now and I'm LOVING it. He still has his big blue eyes, but is loosing a little of that red hair. I think he'll be a blondie yet :) Love my boy!

Big Blues.

One feature i have always loved about my kids is their big blue eyes and its what I (not to brag or anything) am most complimented on myself. SO, i like to say they get their beautiful eyes from mommy!

 Malacai is always looking around him-taking in this big world and I LOVE watching him stare intently at objects. His favorite? His 11x14 newborn picture on the wall. He smiles everytime he looks at it. I wonder if he thinks he's as handsome as i tell him :)

Applesauce.

So what did we do with all of those apples you ask? Make APPLESAUCE! It's alot of work. You have to cut, cook, mash and divide, but SO worth it! Marin was having so much fun mashing...and eating. Oh-and let's not forget my mom! I think she may have done more 'apple picking' and mashing then i did :)

We picked Apple at Entz Orchard this past Thursday morning since grandma was here to help! Despite the chilly start, it turned out to be a beautiful morning! Marin's favorite part? Eating apples. And oh did she eat them...too many of them! Her tummy was not a happy camper the rest of the day ;) I couldn't decide on which pics to post, so you get them all :) *oh-and if you are wondering, Cai slept the whole time in the van-such a trooper!
