Branson Day #1.

This year we spent a week with our parents in Branson. We stayed in a quaint little cabin that was perfect for a long stay. The girls were more than excited about this trip. Every day... 'Mom-is it almost time?!' Spending that long with grandpa and grandma is like Heaven to them ;) We made it there in 6 hours from Newton and the kids did GREAT! Amazing when you shift your focus and pray together, dynamics change on a road trip.

The first morning the girls were already in their swimsuits ready for the 'little pool' as Marin called it. She was obsessed with that thing and thought it was the coolest thing to have a pool on the deck :)
I wasn't so impressed that it was right outside my bedroom early the first morning ;)

Cai had lots of papa time-he adores him!

The view from the back deck...you would never guess there were a few dozen cabins surrounding us!

We were blessed to have the resort park right by our cabin (above). The kids spent lots of time out here!

And lots of pictures of Cai at the park, because they were just too cute :)

That night we went to a show called The Dixie Stampede.  It's literally a stampede of animals....horses, buffalo, cattle, pigs, etc. The kids LOVED it. And we were fed a dinner of MASS proportion during the show (and unlimited pepsi-the kids were a little happy that night)

Then back to our beds! Cai got a spot on the floor in the girls' room after one night in our room-we were through. He doesn't do well with us in the same room ;)
